General
-I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason, with or without explanation.-If you require the commission to be kept private and not posted by me, you must specify this before project begins.-I follow an order according to when payments for the slots are received.-I will only start working on your commission once payment is complete.
Delivery & Turnaround
-I will not work with strict deadlines or rush orders.-The time to complete your commission may vary from days to weeks-Periods where the project is awaiting approval are not counted towards the working timeline and may extend the final delivery date accordingly.
Payment
-Paypal is the only payment method-Payment 100% upfront-I will require your PayPal email address to issue the invoice.-Payment must be sent within 24 hours after I send the invoice
Refunds
-A refund is available if I find myself unable to complete your commission.-Refunds will not be issued after the initial sketch has been sent and approved by the client.
Communication and Commission Process
-You can contact me through DM on Telegram, Twitter or Bsky.-I'll send you a sketch for your approval. This is the time to ask for any big changes, like to the pose or composition.-Once all the details have been discussed, the sketch approved, and payment received, I will begin the project.-I will be sending updates of the project, and the client is free to ask for an update.-Once the line art is finished, I can only make small changes (color adjustment, brightness, shading), but I cannot make large changes, unless they have been previously discussed and/or it is a detail that I have accidentally forgotten.-Unless we've agreed otherwise, I will post the art on my social media.
Rights and Usage
-Upon full payment, you receive the right to use the artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes and make minor edits such as cropping, adding text, borders, or adjusting color values.-You have the right to post commissions on social media, but do so with clear visible credit to me.-You may not use the artwork for commercial purposes (e.g., merchandise, resale) unless a separate commercial license is discussed and agreed upon beforehand.
By commissioning me, you automatically agree to the terms written above.
Backgrounds, items and NSFW include a fee that may vary depending on complexity.
